About Us

My name is Levi. I am the owner, manager, buyer, detailer, tow truck driver,, seller, customer service representative, accountant, and office administrator for Ironclad Motors. I also work a research and development job in the tech industry.
I put in the hard work for three reasons. One, I'm tired of the used car industry. I have been slighted by untrustworthy dealers in the past and am here to do things differently. Two, my hard work saves you money. Other dealers pay to have their cars towed, reconditioned, and prepped for sale. I do all this on my own so that my prices can beat the bigger dealerships down the street. Three, my family is everything to me and they deserve the world. I didn't start this dealership to make a million dollars, but to make people happy and give my family a true middle class lifestyle.

I will tell you everything I know about the vehicle you're interested in, good and bad. I don't hide issues. I don't band-aid issues that will fail after the sale. I don't charge excellent condition prices for fair condition cars.

Redefining the used car industry.

A couple years ago, I bought a 1999 GMC Suburban from Pristine Auto Remarketing on 82nd. I was sold a promise of a great vehicle and great after-sale support. I got home and slowly started finding all the issues with it. When I called the owner to see if he could get me discounted parts (something he promised) he yelled at me and blocked my number. He then failed to submit my DMV paperwork. I then found out he purchased the Suburban as "non-running with mechanical issues" for $500 at an auction about a week before selling it to me. Needless to say, he's not in business anymore. That's when I vowed to enter the business and do things right, so that my customers never have to overpay to go through what I went through. I do things different because I know what it's like to be the customer.

I hate commission type sales. I tried being a door-to-door steak salesman when I was 17. Hated it. Then I got scammed into selling Cutco knives at 18. Hated it too. You will never see me (or any future staff) acting like a used car salesman. No sales tactics. No back and forth with the manager. No keeping your trade-in hostage. No bait and switch advertisements.

Enthusiast owned

Ask a salesperson about a used car that they don't have a brochure for and they will change the topic like a slick politician. I know about the cars I sell. I don't sell cars that I'm unfamiliar with. I've personally owned over 30 vehicles that are over 20 years old now. I know what to look for. I know what to avoid. If you have a question, I will likely have an immediate answer. If I don't, I will love to do the research to find out for you.

When you buy from me, you are helping pay for soccer gear for my 8 year old son (they require full Nike gear this year, WTH?). You're helping pay for my daughters horse riding lessons. You're helping pay for back-to-school clothes. You are not helping me buy a vacation home in the Bahamas (I don't even own a home). You're not paying for my second Lamborghini (I daily drive a 23 year old Mazda with 200k miles on it). You're simply helping me achieve my goal of a middle class lifestyle.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

I sell the vehicle that I know most about. Due to life circumstances, that usually means quality Japanese cars from the 90s and 00s. Most of my vehicles are priced between $3k and $10k. I also will try to buy up cool cult classics and enthusiast vehicles that haven't skyrocketed in price.

Do you provide financing options?

I'm just getting started, so I am unable to offer financing at this time. As I grow and learn, I may be able to assist you in finding independent financing. I will also work towards being able to offer in-house financing for those of us with credit challenges.

How can I schedule a test drive?

What is your return policy?

Things sometimes go wrong. If something does go wrong shortly after purchase, let me know. I'll do my best to make it right, or give a full return. If you have buyers remorse, then I didn't live up to my own expectations and that's on me.
